I had an Annual Service from Daniel and his team. They were accommodating with my timescale and were very professional. I will be recommending them to everyone as they found a fault that I had with my alarm immediately, not making a big deal out of it. Very tidy and polite. Absolutely fantastic service and we're really happy with everything. We were really looked after, the staff were ever so helpful and took all of our needs into consideration. Altech have been amazing. From first contact to attendance at home. Dan came to carry out a service on our alarm which was originally installed by Altech. He was very polite and ensured that we were happy with everything before he left. We cannot fault his contact, timeliness and professionalism and would 100% recommend this company to family and friends.

The process couldn't have been smoother. Appointment arranged over the phone with ease, Altech arrived at the agreed time and then followed up with a quote on the day they promised at the appointment. The Alarm system was upgraded in half a day and then I was provided with a full demo on how to use the system including the app. It's been a long time since I've had experience like this with a tradesman. I would definitely recommend them.

I previously had a service and monitoring agreement with another alarm company however on a couple of occasions when I had a faulty alarm I wasn't able to get through to the company and on one occasion they didn't turn up as promised. I was recommended Altech by a neighbour and have now switched to use them. I can't recommend them enough. Friendly, professional customer service and can always get through to someone straight away. Would recommend!

Excellent service - always. We moved in 2010 and commissioned a larger national fire and security company to instal our alarm. We then met Paul, Founder of Altech, who lived locally. Paul and his team were more responsive and better value for any problems we had than the larger firm. We got burgled in 2016 - he added additional security measures to make us sleep at night. I promised him that should we move, he would be our alarm service provider. In 2020, we moved - Paul was already scheduled for the day after we moved in to instal our alarm system.
